Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect the time set aside for each appointment, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-show appointments will be charged a 100% non-refundable cancellation fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and there is not enough time to complete your scheduled service to my standards, your appointment will be considered a no-show. In this case, the 100% non-refundable cancellation fee will apply, and your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
